This cache is part of a series along the Lewisham foreshore walking track. The track can be rough and uneven in places, it includes rocky and sandy sandy sections. Please also note that as this track takes you along the water's edge, at times of very high tide parts of the track may become submerged and thus inaccessible.
For this cache you can approach it from two directions. If you are doing the whole series just continue on from LFT#03 and when you reach a fork in the track follow the lower path, this will take you directly to the fourth cache. If you're just after this one the cache can also be accessed via the Samuel Thorne reserve off of the main road through Lewisham and follow the path down to the waterfront to reach the foreshore track. If you should choose to approach via the reserve there is some short term parking with room for one or two cars beside the bus stop but please ensure you do not park in the actual bus zone.
This cache itself is a few metres off the track on the uphill side. Please watch out for snakes whilst searching here. Also watch the rocks if it's been raining, they could be quite slippery.
