This cache is located on the site where Dawes Road Primary School used to be.
Dawes Road Primary School Number 4866 opened on June 25, 1964 and closed on December 31, 2008.
The entire site has been bulldozed and today you would struggle to find any remnants of it once being a school.
I attended Dawes Road from 1976 to 1982 and I can still remember my teachers from Prep to Grade 6.
