Okay, one more favorite holiday show...The Grinch Who
Stole Christmas. Of course, looking at the main themes of this classic...
-The true meaning of Christmas is not about gifts or stuff, but about connections and togetherness.
-Redemption and Change- The Grinch started out bitter, but he chose to change...It is never too late to change.
-Community and Belonging- The Whos welcome the Grinch even after what he has done, showing that community and kindness can provide healing.
- Joy that can't be stolen- Even when everything is taken away, joy can remain. Happiness comes from within.
-Compassion over Judgement- Cindy-Lou's kindness towards someone misunderstood shows the power of empathy.
-Anti-consumerism - More stuff does not equal happiness!
Happy Caching!
