When You Need a Simple Multi #7 Multi-Cache

This is very simple multi.  Stage 1 takes you to a parking lot.  Look at the words on all the business signs in the shopping center.  At least one of the words is translated to the word 'chapter' in another language.  Enter that word into Certitude to get the final coordinates and a hint to the final, though you really don't need a hint.
