The cache is a camoed tube in the tree at a fine viewpoint just S of the summit of Muley Ridge. Please bring your own writing implement. Please replace as found.

The cache was placed on a cool (-18C) Boxing Day hike with Brendan714 and ChubLaw. We parked at the parking waypoint provided then hiked N to the far end of Carry Ridge (which is the ridge to the east of Muley ridge) then traversed over to Muley Ridge and hiked S along Muley ridge back to the car (11km, 4hrs 550m of ascent). However, the Muley ridge viewpoints are numbered as if you are hiking Muley Ridge S to N.
From the parking location follow the trail from behind the K country sign through the trees up and over the first hill before zig zagging down to the meadows. After crossing the creek (mud ?) head left (west) and follow the trail to the end of Muley ridge. A steep slope to the N heads up to this first viewpoint then follow the ridge crest to towards the other viewpoints and then onto the summit in the trees.
