Geocache Description:

In the deep depths of urban Hayward, a little squirrel lives in a quaint community garden. Her name is Hazel Nut. She is a not-so-little squirrel who loves to eat. So, where else should she go but a garden with lots of produce? Sadly, she is so heavy that she is not able to climb up trees like in her youth, so she hides down on the ground, watching the humans tend to the plants. She may even lend you a prize of a smile, if you can find her.

-----------

I got her from the Cachin' The Bay 2025 Online Auction. She came with a gift card to a local restaurant, which we gave to another cacher. I have been looking for a safe place to hide her, and I found the Hazel Community Garden. I got permission from the land owners to place this cache (Forestr). There is rarely anyone there, but still try and be stealthy!

Please respect park hours, from dawn to dusk.

Whats the point of geocaching if you didn't have proof you were there?
Pictures are encouraged!

Congrats to Turtle.X for getting FTF!
