Legends speak of a curious creature lurking in Frederick — a many-footed being, twisting and turning in slow, deliberate motion. Geocachers have described seeing flashes of color in the dark. It's impossible to pin down, always just out of reach.
However, you now have the location at which it was last spotted. If you look closely, you may become one of the few that actually gets to see it.
When you do make the find, please replace the cache as found and leave the Polypus undisturbed for the next explorer.
