🌿 ODD JOB MORNING AT HORSBERE RESERVE 🌿
Join us for some odd jobs around the reserve tasks could include trimming footpaths, caring for young trees, clearing willow, caring for hedges or other tasks to help maintain and improve the reserve for people and wildlife. The exact task will depend on water levels in the pond and progress from previous sessions. Please check for updates closer to the CITO date :)
Please don't feel you have to stay for the whole 3 hour duration of this CITO event - drop by whenever is convenient and just stay as long as you wish - all help is welcome.
Parking: Parking is available at the main entrance to Horsbere Reserve (see waypoint Parking area / Meet-up point).
Where: Meet up by the main gates at 09:30 or if arriving later come and join us working in the Reserve.
How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing tools and guidance. We ask you to please bring your own work gloves if possible.
Health and Safety: The session will be covered by Council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction.
Please think about bringing a drink and/or snack for breaktime. See you there! 🙂
