Got a great recipe that would blow the roof off a porta-potty? Grandma's hand-me-down that would catch a public bathroom ablaze? A spicy classic that would clean out Chuck Norris' insides? Well mix up a crockpot of it and enter it into our 6th annual chili cook-off! If you don't have one to enter, c'mon down to vote on your favorite.

We'll be at the Eldridge Public Library on Tuesday, February 24th from 6:30 - 7:30. Those entering a chili will earn an extra vote. There will be a traveling trackable prize for the Top Chili (don't worry - it's not a toilet seat). Corn bread, crackers, water, utensils, bowls included. Chili tasting begins at 6:30. Vote tally at 7:00. Clean-up 7:15. No cost to enter the contest or to vote.
