Knitbead & kayakscuba were kind enough to share February with me for a bonus event while I'm briefly back in town. For bonus February (listed as Anata in the cache title, from the Peruvian Aymara people), we'll be metaphorically journeying to South America to try some great Peruvian food. Technically, you could count this as Chinese cuisine as well- the arroz chaufa dish is a Peurivan take on Chinese fried rice.
