I (Geoboater) am visiting from Washington State, U.S.A., on a cruise ship and would like to get together with local geocachers or other vacationing geocachers to swap geocaching stories, pathtags, and discover/trade trackables. Let’s meet near the bottom of the stairs to the upper level, on the west side of the Queens Wharf Lighthouse, at the end of Queens Wharf. The building is a permanently accessible public art installation, with a sculpture of Captain James Cook inside (can be seen through the windows) and panoramic views of the Waitematā Harbour.
Look for your gray bearded host wearing a Geocaching Premium Membership I.D. tag and (perhaps) a geocaching T-shirt.
