Windows to the Past - Blizzard of '96! Mystery Cache

There is nothing hidden at the posted coordinates, but it's near where the photo for the puzzle was taken!

My dad says this was the biggest snow he ever saw.  He said it was really hard to find geocaches after that snowstorm, but I think he is joking.

There is no container at the posted coordinates, although there was a whole lot of snow there in 1996.  To find where the cache is, solve the jigsaw puzzle!
