Lake Kurėnas is a lake in central Lithuania, Ukmergė district, about 5 km west of Vidiškės, immediately west of the Vilnius-Panevėžys highway. The length in the west-east direction is 2 km, the width is up to 0.8 km. Altitude 67 m. The deepest point reaches 2.8 m. The lake is of glacial origin, glacial. The shoreline is very winding. The shores are mostly high, overgrown with trees and shrubs, in places the shores are low and marshy (the Kurėnai swamp stretches on the peninsula in the south). On the eastern side, the lake branches into two bays: one extending to the northeast, the other to the southwest. On the northeastern side of the bay is a A.B ha island. The lake is surrounded by cultivated fields.
The Ūsioginė (Mūšelė) and 7 other tributaries flow into the lake, and the Mūšia tributary Mūšelė (Šventoji basin) flows out. The lake's discharge is 575% per year. In 1971, the lake was flooded.
The villages of Kurėnai, Rečionys and Baubliai are located near Lake Kurėnai. There are 2 rural tourism homesteads.
