Do you need a cache with this attribute? Traditional Cache

When creating geocaches, I've often noticed the attribute: Abandoned Structure. I've never used that attribute until I hid this cache.

What was this building, or structure? 

When was it abandoned and why?

I searched a while on the internet and finally discovered who owns the property.

I have a pretty good idea what kind of store it used to be, but that was before we moved to the Dallas area.  And I couldn't mention the name or this cache would not be published.
