It’s Pi Day. 3.14. A number that goes on forever, a bit like a good yarn about that cache that “should’ve been an easy find.”
Come down to our local café, The Pink Door, for a catch-up about all things geocaching. We’ll swap stories about wins, DNFs, dodgy hides, and the occasional genius who thinks a nano in a thorn bush builds character. Grab a coffee, a cold drink, maybe even a pie if you’re leaning into the theme.
We’re usually set up in the back room. I’ll chuck a sign up so you don’t have to wander around looking confused like you’ve just overshot GZ by 12 metres. If wheelchair access is needed, pop a note in your “Will Attend” and I’ll sort a table out the front. Nearest wheelchair-accessible toilets are across the road at the RV Park. Not ideal, but we work with what we’ve got.
No dress code. No maths test. Just good company, good chat, and a solid excuse to celebrate something irrational.
