Geocache Description:

Begine at trail EIGHT in Brown County State Park. Pick a trail one of three, and follow it to the cache.

You can start your adventure, at one of three different places. I first approached the cache site from 2JOS Waypoint Lookout Cache, Site 1.

(Site 1) Come in from the West Lookout. .54 miles down and up one hill.

(Site 2) Come down the hill from Sycamore picnic house. .27 miles very steep hill on the way out.

(Site 3) Start at Ogle Lake and walk in. .56 mile hike moderate hill.

No matter which way you go, a hill is involved. Nice hike on trail eight. Last 150 yards is bushwaching but it is on a side hill, small amount of under grouth and realy no problem. If you find a blue ribbon on a tree you are getting close.

Some of the Items left are the following:

  • First aid Kit
  • Number 1 yellow poolball
  • Small white box (poss. your next cache box)
  • Eyeball in a egg (don't ask)
  • Blue candle holder
  • Roman coin
  • water proof Matches
  • Stuffed holiday bear
  • three nickels 1971, 1974, 1966
  • 2 Jos painted rock
  • Mgnetic clip

I hope you enjoy this as much as I did putting it out there. Let me know what your starting point was, on your log. I came at it from all directions. My favorite was number 3. I saw three wild turkeys on trail 2. Hope you like it. CC
