Nice short find on a rest area on I5 South
Should be an easy cache. Stop at the Bow hill rest area off I5 Southbound. The cache contained 2 carbiners, a USA pin, Elmo Dump truck, toy helicopter, and 4 reptile paper clips when I left it.
