Red Hills is a rocky place. You can get some feel for that driving the 4X4 roads. But to really see, you need to get on the trails.
I rode my bike to the cache. You can too but you better not be a beginner. Second choice is to walk. The cache itself is not far of the trail and it's slightly visible. Or least it was when I left it.
It's a 32oz container painted camo with some trade items, pencils, log and note. You don't need to travel cross country because it very close to an established trail.
