Geocache Description:

G:UK cache rating

The cache is located just off the Purbeck Way on East Hill, which overlooks Corfe Castle.

Close to the cache there is also a great vantage point for viewing the steam trains of the Swanage Railway.

For a circular walk of a little over a mile and a quarter start at the permissive path at N 50 38.370 W 002 03.354 and after visiting the cache return picking up the Purbeck Way at N50 38.342 W002 02.550 close to the mast.

You can usually park on the road close to the permissive path but a little further up the road there is small car park at N 50 38.345 W 002 03.164 from where you can avoid the steepest part of the climb by heading up the footpath to Rollington Hill.

The cache is a 35mm film canister with a log only, please bring your own pen.

Please leave it well concealed from all angles.
