She's Watching! Traditional Cache
Mayfly22: Time to archive this one and put in a new one. It has been in place for almost 9 years and it needs a bit of change of scenery.

In a very rocky area. Not suitable for strollers or small children.
Go about a mile east of Horsethief Lake turnoff. You will see a sign for Horsethief Butte Trailhead. After searching for the cache you can take one of the trails up to the top. The Indian petroglyph "She Who Watches" is in this area as well as several other pictographs. See www.lewisandclarktrail.com/section4/orcities/thedalles/horsethief. Follow the trail around to the right to get to the cache. Cache is pretty well hidden in an area with lots of hiding spots. Cache contains several goodies plus Around the World in Peace Travel Bug. The GPS was jumping a bit but last 3 jumped from 900 to 904 and 750 to 754. If you would like to try your diving technique go to 45' 38.786 and 121' 05.866. But be careful. There appears to be quite a bit of poison oak around and there is some about 15 feet above the cache but we tried to stay away from it. There are lots of wildflowers around so please tread carefuly. We hope you have fun.
