Jar of Attraction Multi-Cache

Waypoint #1

• Go to N 37° 21.993 W 121° 53.165.
• Take the second word from the name of the company located here.
• Take the first letter from that word and move it to the end of the word.
• Now, "decrypt" the word using the third initial of the company's acronym as the key to perform a Caesar substitution.
• Solve the following cryptarithm-like puzzle:

• There are two possible answers to the math puzzle. Substitute the values into your decrypted word to get the longitude of the cache. If you're in the Pacific Ocean, find the other answer to the math puzzle.

Waypoint #2

• Go to N 37° 22.958 W 121° 54.660.
• Outside the parking lot of this company, you should find a green metal box. Don't open it!
• Take the number above the word "HIGH". It should be in the form NN-NNNN.
• Replace the hyphen with a zero (NN0NNNN).
• Subtract two from this seven-digit number.
• Write the letters "TNEMGAS" under your number.
• Anagram the letters to spell a word, keeping the same numbers above the same letters.
• The new number represents the latitude of the cache.

Waypoint #3

The cache container is a small clear jar, located quite a distance from the first two waypoints. Important: The cache has moved (1/7/07). Add .031 to the North coordinate. Subtract .004 from the West coordinate.
Bonus points if you've figured out what it contains AND make an appropriate trade (remember to be suitably cryptic in your logs).
