Great cache hunt for mountain bikes. Side canyon branching north off Penasquitos Canyon Preserve. Easy entry off of Park Village Road.
Third stash by the cachepunks. NOTE: Recently relocated deeper in canyon due to heavy traffic and foot trails leading right to hidey spot. New site is surrounded by blooming wildflowers (March). This hide is down the corridor we use to enter the canyon and head to school or the park. The tuxedo avian should provide a good clue to the general locale of this thoroughfare. Easy to locate off a side chute near drainage convergence and green manhole cover. Original contents include flashing lips, army vehicle book,2 crayon erasers, 5 plastic bugs, 5 cowboys, 5 indians(native americans), 1 cowboy cookout, 1 indian war shield and one tree. Good Luck and enjoy!
