Lactodorum: This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. it's been muggled and the coordinates need updating The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP. See the maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines: http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#maint

In the meantime I'm archiving it but I'll happily unarchive it if/when it's sorted assuming it still meets the guidelines.

Geocache Description:

Out on the flat and open fens are boxes of various types, including a small 5 inch cube shaped plastic one with treasure inside! Find Four different types of boxes on the fens that will lead to the treasure box!

The location listed above is the first box you must find, actually at this spot are two types of box in close proximity. You want the smaller of the two. On it is a placard with a three digit number in large text, along with other text. The middle digit of that number is coordinate digit X. Use X below.

Next go to the second box located at N52.25.X59 E000.20.677

Here you must determine what type of box it is. This box is is a _ _ _ _ box. (four letters in the word) Use the number corresponding to the letter of the alphabet for the first letter in this word for coordinate digit Y (example: if the letter were C the coordinate would be 3) Now add to Y the alphabetical position of the last letter of the word. This is coordinate digit Z. Use Y and Z to find the third box.

The third box is at N52.25.00Y E000.20.Z08

You are almost there. You must search this third box carefully for it holds the location of the foreboding Fourth and final box. The entire coordinate you need is somewhere on or in this third box.

One you have it journey across the fens yet again to the oldest box you will encounter, and somewhere therin the keen observer will find the box of treasure!
