I also noticed that you need a permit to park here now...seems silly.

This is a scratch it lotto ticket cache. Very small plastic container with one ticket and log book. Bring a ticket to leave and scratch the one there. Post your results in log book and online.
Please pack out the used tickets and good luck, I'm sure I left a winner.
