There's two other caches along the Centerville Canyon trail that you can hit:

Been excited to get this cache placed--took awhile to get the container ready and other items that were placed inside.
I'm not trying to make a statement about the war against Iraq; however, I'm definitely making a statement about the support we should all give our deployed military men and women. As I hiked up Centerville canyon, I was looking for the most likely location to place the cache. That most likely location seemed to get more difficult as I finely arrived at the site. The last small hike from the creek up the hillside was not planned. But, after arriving at the cache location, I decided that little extra effort was nothing compared to the great sacrifice that some of our military make--family separation, service-before-self, and the ultimate sacrifice that some may pay on behalf of our great nation.
I had thought about making this an urban cache, but just didn't feel right. I would have liked to make it more accessible to all, but the trail is so nice and peaceful once you get beyond the mahogany grove area and head down to the creek area. Enjoy this hike. Plan some extra time into your adventure--time for a picnic or roasting hot dogs with the kids. There's a wonderful grove part way up next to the creek with a good fire ring. Also, there's a very long swinging rope that someone's hung from a very large tree. The beauty of this area is definitely a place to get away, from the hustle and bustle and if you want to offer a prayer, gives you the peace and solitude to do just that.
Park at 40 55.052 N and 111 51.809 W. This is the trailhead for the Centerville canyon trail. Don't let the steepness of the initial part intimidate you. This trail is well traveled. You can reach this spot by either going up 100 south in Centerville or Parrish Lane. The 100 south road once it turns to dirt is a bit rough. Use your judgment.
You will cross the creek 4 times—little bridges made out of logs with mesh over them for traction. You will cross the creek a 5th time to get to the cache. Look at the hint for additional information if needed.

Be prepared to trade well—the cache is very well stocked. Please plan to trade military related items and/or patriotic items.
