The cache is in public area, with people coming and going all day. But it can get really busy in the afternoons during the week. It contains 1LOG BOOK, 1pencil, 1 flag ribbon, 3 Flag lapel pins, 2, Civil Air Patrol Cadet MSGT pins, Connecticut, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania state Quarters. You need to watch out for the security guards on the bikes also. Please do not go after this cache while a train is in the area, it could be painful, (you do not need to be on the tracks looking for this one). I pass by the cache every morning and afternoon look forward to seeing some cachers get to this one.
