There are mysterious things contained within the triangle bounded by Waypoints A, B, and C.
There is no starting waypoint.
Within the triangle is a tall aluminum Pipe, and an Inukshuk. The Pipe is about 15 or more feet in height and about 12 inches in diameter with a cap on the top. The Inukshuk (see image) is about 4 feet in height and is constructed of substantial rocks. The distance between the Pipe and the Inukshuk is D.
The Inukshuk is located at a true bearing of 73 degrees from a mysterious Object. The Pipe is located at a true bearing of 346 degrees from the Object.
The Object was once on the ground and had the dimensions of about 24 inches by 18 inches by 14 inches. When you found this Object, you may have been startled; I dare say you've never seen one of these before. On the Object are the letters US immediately followed by 8 digits whose sum equals S.
NOTE:The Mysterious Object disappeared near the end of April 2003. So that new seekers may enjoy the thrill of discovery, a small camouflage-coloured canister (2 inches dia. by 6 inches) has been hidden where the Object was located. In the canister is a picture of what the Mysterious Object looked like, and the number required to find the cache. The canister is very near a small 2 inch diameter tree about 5ft up. A brown coloured piece of twine is tied to a nearby tree.
The cache is located at (D minus 88) meters from the Object and at a true bearing from the Object equal to (S plus 100) degrees.
The cache is winter-findable and is well hidden.
The cache container is a camouflage painted plastic container about 4 inches in diameter and about 6 inches tall.
Bonus points for determining additional information about the owner of the contents of the Object.
