This is a themed cache located on the trail to Angel's Rest in the Columbia River Gorge.
Angel’s Rest is a very popular hike in the Columbia River Gorge. The views along the trail are stunning and you will be rewarded with a sense of accomplishment at the top. As an added bonus you can get a 2nd cache “Hole in the Wall cache” is along the same trail.
Start your excursion by parking your car at the Angel’s Rest trailhead. Enjoy a light walk through the forest and when you begin climbing you will pass Choopey Falls and cross Choopey creek on your trek upwards. As you round a bend 2.0 miles into the hike a wonderful Rock Garden will appear, you are getting close to the cache. Use caution when searching due to the high number of aliens on the trail and be cautious of the terrain.
After you find the cache continue the trail for .2 miles for the real reward of the views from Angels Rest.
