The Rat: This cache is indeed gone. I will not replace it. Sorry if I raised anybody's hopes by my earlier post, but one of the last person to try had found it only a month ago, and workerofwood said he didn't do a thorough search, so I thought it was still there. The nearby pooper scooper bag dispenser that served as a hint/landmark is also gone.
