Geocache Description:

Sunlight filters through immense groves of tower-ing Western Red Cedar and Douglas Fir. Eagle Fern Park has one of the largest old growth timber stands around. This Cascade rain forest will constantly impress you with it's natural beauty.

The above coordinates will take you to the parking area. This is a fee park -SOMETIMES- see photo below. The trails can be muddy and slippery.

The first waypoint is:
N45 19.512 W122 17.433
At this waypoint there is a number on a post "inside" the fallen/hollow log.

Multiply this number by itself then add the results to the following coordinates:
N45 19.275 W122 17.306

(Example)
5 x 5 = 25
N45 19.275 + 25= N45 19.300
W122 17.306+ 25= W122 17.331

Please rehide the cache as good as or better than you found it. Thank you

Note: At the top of the stairs. Take a moment to "lookout" over the river. It is easy to miss.

PS: Another cache in this park is "SUMMERRAYNE"
