Vulture Point Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

Krypton: As there's been no response to my previous note, I assume that the cache is not going to be repaired or replaced, so I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us, and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it

Thanks for your cooperation!

Geocache Description:

Vulture Pt is back! Take a drive, enjoy the scenery, find the coordinates to the next clue each time you answer the questions correctly. The posted latitude/longitude take you to the location for Clue #1.

MISSING CLUE #2 REPLACED. This is a nice area for a picnic lunch, great views, and wildflowers and wildlife galore. There are other caches and other things to do nearby. (The cache is named after the MANY turkey vultures we observed each time we were at the site. Be sure to take some paper and a pen or pencil to write down the new coordinates if you don't want to enter them into your gps. Please be SURE to leave the questions in each of the micro caches for the next cacher. Close lids tightly and rehide securely..

The first four legs of the quest take you to micro-caches; the final leg will lead you to the cache itself, which is in clear plastic shoebox with blue lid, wrapped in a black plastic bag. The questions are easy so you shouldn't have any problem obtaining the necessary information. Each of the three micros will be quite easy to locate once you are in the correct location.

Please take a picture with the cache-camera; write the number of your exposure in your logs and be sure to leave the camera in the cache. (Advance the film just before taking your picture.) Please let us know if the camera is about full so that we can retrieve it, develop the pictures and post them online. Please reseal cache items in plastic bags, put the lid on tightly and wrap the box up and re-hide it completely when you leave so that others need to hunt a bit too. Please be sure to re-hide each of the micros carefully too. Thanks! Enjoy the great area and the wonderful views.
