If you don't have 4wd low then you can use the 1wd low on your mountain bike. If you don't have a mountain bike then you can use your 2ft low range and walk the .25 miles up to the cache. You can drive any car to 40º 48.675 112º 31.248 on a nicely maintained dirt road.
The 1.5 rating applies to those of you with 4wd low and that dare to drive up to the top of the saddle. Otherwise the rating will increase to maybe a 2.5. From where you can park there is a 200 foot scramble up some loose rock. (Didn't want the beer drinkers to accidently find the cache.) Be sure to stop at the top of the saddle. The road does not continue down the other side.
This would be a great place to camp out or watch the sun go down. During the heat of the summer you may want to come out later in the evening.
Sorry, I'm fresh out of cachunuts at the moment. Left 3 big marbles from Timmins cache, a Megacache token from the Pilot Zeros cache #9, 3 cliff bars in case you are starving, package of water grenades with a filler, a clock I picked up from the "How the mighty have fallen" cache, a black and a white UTAG cachunut key chain, a lizzard, and a plumbers key chain that says "At your disposal".
There is parking for some great mountain bike trails south of the cache but if you want to try to drive up to the cache you must come in from the north.
