Between the Blue Heron Lagoon and the Detroit River. the area can be rather wet if it rains but the trail is very easy to follow.
There is parking at N 42 20.623 W 082 57. 568. Follow either the paved trail or the dirt trail towards the lighthouse. Continue north around the lighthouse and cross the lagoon behind the building. The choice is now yours you can follow the high ground trail along the lagoon or you can follow the low trail along the Detroit River.
The cache is close to the trail but covered, please try to hide the cache well if you find it.
