A short beautiful ½ mile hike from the parking area- (please no dogs & do not leave the trails)

This is a BWCA like 40 acre nature area owned by the Scandia Township. The slope is severe in places but the trail to the Cache is almost entirely on a ridge. The property drops toward the St. Croix River on the next piece of property. The rules ask that you stay on the trails and the cache is adjacent the trail. You do not have to wander around….
This is a great place. Adjacent to the piece of property is a scientific Nature Area, all very wonderful. The cache (elev. 896’) is a 8” x 16” Rubbermaid container and it was hidden about 6 feet from the trail.
You do not have to leave the trail to figure out where it might be.
Inside- 1st ever cache finders photo of cache (Only if this is your 1st cache) Welcome sign, Fork (If you come to a fork in the road…pick it up), Finding your way CD, Gospel of John, Fiskars Water Bottle, Calculator, Titanic post card, kids sling shot, tennis ball dog toy, nice pen, gripper cleat, Where in space is Carman Sandiago book, Bird ID book, 7-UP CD, $5.00 off at Rapid oil wooden nickle, Ear plugs, Flashlight/whistle key chain, penny, and log book.
Must Visit BONUS!!!! Coordinates to a near by virtual cache on a descriptive post card (leave in cache).
