As the name implies, it's a multi-cache. What's backwards
about it? Most of the multi-caches we've done take us further and further away
from the starting point. After the final find we then have to hike all the way
back the way we came. This one ends fairly close to where it starts. If you
don't like that explanation, then there's always the old joke, "What's
Moorpark spelled backwards?"
To get started, go to the coordinates listed. Once there,
you'll find the answers to the following 2 simple questions:
1. If you shoot an arrow at your model rocket you may be
cited for what code violation?_____(last 3 digits only)
Add 387 to you your answer and fill in the blank:
N34 16._____
2. If you try to sell your hiking boots to a basketball
player, you may be cited for what code violation?_____(last 3 digits only)
Subtract your answer from 926 and fill in the blank:
W118 51._____
Enough homework. Let's start hiking! You'll visit 2 micros
(round Altoids tins) which contain the coordinates which will lead you to a
traditional sized cache. It's an easy hike and we promise, no more math.
Added 6/10/2003: To get to the 2nd micro you will need to cross the creek, but remember to stay on the trails. Going up the creek (with or without a paddle) is NOT the trail!
