This cache is in a film canister in a wall at about eye level. Above eye level for shorter people.
The coordinates should be fairly accurate for the room that you'll be looking in. I took the reading from the center of the room and checked them a bit later to make sure they weren't off by too much. They do not however lead you to the exact location of the cache. The cache is in one of the walls that are around you. For a walk-through you can use the hint.
