At Broby, a few kilometres west of Uppsala, you will find
the site of an Iron Age settlement.
There are many graves here and even the foundations of a house,
dated 500 BC. Take your time and wander round the area because it
is also a beautiful example of Uppland landscape with grassy
mounds, pine trees, juniper bushes and in the springtime you will
find Hepatica (Sw: blåsippor), wood anemones (vitsippor) and
Pasque flowers (backsippor).
