Geocache Description:

This is a two part multi-cache along a new equestrian trail in Sycamore Bend Park. The listed coordinates are for a micro-cache that only contains a set of coordinates. These are for the second stage, which is a regular size cache.

Your first challenge is to find Sycamore Bend Park. Take Turbeville Road west to Sycamore Bend Road. Follow Sycamore Bend Road all the way into Sycamore Bend Park, an Army Corps of Engineer Park on Lewisville Lake.

Once you find the first stage, backtrack along the way you entered to get to the entrance to the new equestrian trail. The trail is a meandering six foot wide trail through the woods. Be patient. The trail will take you to within 90 feet or less of the cache. No significant bushwhacking is required.

Be on the look out for all the usual Texas critters, including snakes. Several have been seen along these trails.

In addition to a treasure trove of goodies, the cache contains coordinates for Sycamore Bend Bonus Cache
