Geocache Description:

Welcome to another adventure from Coyote's Adventure Team. We are starting a new adventure that started several years ago. It use to be an old mountain climbing club that was in the area but had closed the door. So with the help of a GPS and a little adventure in your blood you to can become a part of the past of this old club. This will take sometime on your part but I promise it is worth everthing if you make it through this adventure.

Objective: To find all seven mountains that will all have a GEOCACHE on top to make your finding. Some will be hinding around the summit, some out in the open. Most of all enjoy the view and the fun in doing these adventures that was once from the past.

I have been working on this for a very long time and I am hoping to have it all done in the next month. So, keep your eyes out and plan on a summer adventure from Coyote's Adventure Team.

Your first objective: RATTLESNAKE MOUNTAIN

There is a medium size container on the top of this mountain. I need to know what is on the container. I have several items in this container mainly for the kids to enjoy. There is also a log book to log your trip and a brief story about your trip.

The parking area is at 44*23.409N - 073*26.796W and about 634 feet. Look for a camp called Echo Lake in the Long Pond area off Route 22 it is just across the road.

One thing enjoy yourself it is a small climb with beautiful views of Lake Champlain to your east and the mountains to your west. Make sure you bring your camera you'll want it!

NOTE:
The container is not very big so remember small items if you can. And stay on the trail it is easy to follow but the land is private but open to hikers and geocachers. GOOD LUCK AND ENJOY YOURSELF. The next Mountain should be out soon so keep your eye out for it!
