An easy walk with extensive views over Wensleydale. A fairly easy scramble down a low cliff near the cache site.
A walk along the top of Redmire Scar, above limestone cliffs. There are extensive views of middle Wensleydale, with flat-topped Pen Hill opposite. Bolton Castle is prominent about 3 miles up the valley.
Unfortunately, there are several large limestone quarries in this area, but they are well hidden from the valley.
