Geocache Description:

*************************THIS IS NOT *******************
Your typical cache.
*****************So PLEASE READ CAREFULLY******************
This is a multiple cache revolving around the the Rushford lake area. This involves finding the cache's cords as well as figuring out the numbers to the combination lock on the cache. THE CACHE IS LOCKED. So, if you find it you will still need to figure out the combination to the lock through the clues provided. Good Luck !!
Original contents are:
Moon rock
jackknife
Cape Hatteras light house
key chain
tonka Toy
DR flashlight
and a "labels Cd" travel bug

The cords posted are for the Belleville Cemetery gate. The obvious may not apply here so proceed carefully. The clue is located inside the boundaries of the gate. The clue is: "Steven's, mother Seen" . The object is to find the father and son buried here. They are both war veterans , the father the Revolutionary war and the son ,The War Of 1812. Once that is done proceed as follows:

Using the letters as numbers ie: A=1 B=2 C=3 etc. Solve the numbers to the combination lock.
Using the first letter of the FIRST name of the FATHER and adding it to the last letter of the last name will give you the LAST number of three for the combination.

Using the 5th letter in the SON'S FIRST name and adding to the last letter in his first name then adding that sum to the last letter of the last name will give you the FIRST number in the combination.

Now for the final number for the combination this is the MIDDLE number. Using the letter that is common in both the father's and the son's first name( the letters ahead of BOTH these letters, are vowels) multiplied by two and subtracting from the product the number found on the USGS survey marker found at :N42 17.431, W078 14.641 will give you the final number to open the lock. This marker is located near the " Bogged Down" cache so be sure to check that one out too ! Good luck on your quest.

Once you have caught your breath, proceed as follows: Go to the village of Rushford on main st. and visit the Rushford Museum and The World War Two Honor roll. If it is open go on inside and look around but it is not nesssary to get the clue as it is outside on a small tag so be sure to STOP.

Enter the cords and proceed to the next location. Here you find something many people overlook. Take the third digit of date of construction use it twice to fill in the blanks.
