I liked the description the Quincy Area Convention & Visitors
Bureau's web site uses to describe this cemetery so, I decided to
use it.
Quincy's Woodland Cemetery can be considered among the most
beautiful cemeteries to be found anywhere in the Midwest. The
panoramic view from the bluff above the Mississippi River can only
be upstaged by the majestic beauty of the ancient hardwood trees
arranged throughout the cemetery's borders. A beautiful mausoleum
still stands, with floor-length stained-glass windows, on the site
where a Civil War hospital once stood.
This cache is a small, cammo peanut butter jar and is located
about 1/4 mile from my Indian Mounds Multi Cache.
Have fun & God bless!
