Geocache Description:

After spending a 2 weeks holiday on the island center nearby the artificial lake Presa de Chira, I decided to place a cache on the hill i saw everyday from my terrace.

And it's a great picnicplace!

N.B.: 25-08-2011: the cache is still available but as it seems - since a short while - a dog is posted very nearby the cachelocation !

PLEASE REPLACE A CACHEBOX AWAY FROM THE DOG and MAIL ME THE CHANGED COORDINATES (+ hint and or picture) !!

In this innocent way we can help eachother maintaining a fine cachelocation. I myself will not be able to change and replace it!

When you are on the road from the south to Roque Nublo etc. via Cruz Grande, you can't miss the sign to Presa de Chira at the village Cercados de Arana.

The cache is a plastic box.

It should take you about 5 minutes and some climbing: 35m.

Note: I have made arrangements with the owner who happens to be the one that rented his casita to us .
