Redwood Preserve Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

MotorBug: The cache is indeed gone again. As this is a very popular area for kids to play-- they have been nearby everytime I've been to the site-- it appears they have discovered it so I am archiving.

Thanks to all who visited and thanks to PhilippeGPS who orginally planted this one.

Geocache Description:

This cache is located in a little nature preserve in Los Altos. If you've never been there, you'll be surprised to find such a peaceful park in a secluded, woodsy setting in the middle of a residential area. Park hours are 6am to 9pm (May-Oct) or to 7pm (Nov-Apr).

Getting a good GPS signal will be a challenge. That's why I've included a very specific (spoiling) hint that will certainly lead you to the cache once you are in the general area.
The cache is a camoflagued Decon container, containing stash note & log sheet, pencil and a few trinkets.
Make sure to hide it the same way you found it-- camo side up!

(9-22-04 - cache transferred to MotorBug. Bon Voyage PhilippeGPS! Come back soon for a visit!)
