It has been a while since I first looked at Mecca in the Lake. It appears that it has been missing now for several months. I can't find any recent responses about maintaining this cache and it appears that you haven't logged into Geocaching.com for over a year, so it will be archived and removed from the active cache listings.

When you have repaired this cache, drop me a line and I can review it again for listing on the Geocaching.com site. If the new cache meets all the new requirements for listing on the site, I would be pleased to re-list it for you.

Geocache Description:

This cache is located near a public lake access area in Clinton County Missouri. It doesn't require any hiking and it's in an area that has good fishing and good opportunities to see several types of bird species that live near lakes. You won't find Mecca... It's submerged... It did have a post office from 1898 to 1912... But you will see an interesting part of the lake.

The cache is in a white container. It is covered with rocks to help conceal it.
It contains the following:
