Vielleicht sind dir in Dresden schon mal drei Schlösser hoch über der Elbe aufgefallen?Wie mag es wohl dort oben aussehen, wie ist die Aussicht?Wenn es dich interessiert,dann begib dich zu den oben genannten Koordinaten.

Los geht´s bei Schloss Albrechtsberg.Adolf Lohse errichtete dieses Schloss zwischen 1851 und 1854 im spätklassizistischen Stil für Prinz Albert von Preußen.
Heute befindet sich eine Jugend-Kunstschule darin und der Kronensaal sowie die Salons werden für festliche Empfänge und Kongresse genutzt.
Nun folgt eine kleine Aufgabe:
Wenn du dich bei den Startkoordinaten befindest, siehst du vor dem Schloss eine Menge Säulen,die von der Form her gleich sind (insgesamt 229).Diese Säulen sind in drei Reihen angeordnet, welche wiederum immer in Gruppen eingeteilt sind. Zwei Reihen flankieren die Treppe in der Mitte und eine Reihe befindet sich zwischen dem höher gelegenen Springbrunnen und dem Wasserbecken.
Bestimme nun die Variablen,wobei
X = die Anzahl der Säulen der kleinsten Gruppe,
Y = die Anzahl der Säulen der nächstgrößeren Gruppe und
Z = die Anzahl der Säulen der größten Gruppe ist.
Nun kannst du die Variablen A,B und C bestimmen.
A = X-X
B = Y-X
C = Z-X
Berechne nun mit Hilfe der Formel die Variablen U,V und W.
UVW = -(C*X*Y - B*X*X*Z + C*X - B*X*Y*Y*Z)/(B*X)

Dort angekommen stehst du vor der Villa Stockmann.Diese wurde von Adolf Lohse für den Kammerherrn des Prinzen, Baron von Stockhausen,in der selben Zeit wie das Schloss Albrechtsberg gebaut(1850-1853).1906 kaufte Karl August Lingner dieses Gebäude.Lingner gab dem Gesundheitswesen der damaligen Zeit wichtige Impulse,z.B. verdankt ihm Dresden das Deutsche Hygienemuseum.Er erfand übrigens auch das Mundwasser ODOL.Nach Lingners Tod ging die Villa gemäß seines letzten Willens in den Besitz der Stadt Dresden über.So wie´s heute aussieht,ging´s mit dem Gebäude dann nur noch bergab. Im Jahr 2000 gab es einen Lichtblick,als die Klaus-Tschira-Stiftung ihr Interesse bekundete das Schloss sanieren zu wollen. Allerdings sollte im Park des Schlosses auch ein Neubau errichtet werden (siehe Bild "BioParc Neubau"),aber Ende Februar 2002 kam die Absage,da eine Bürgerbewegung sehr effektiv gegen den Neubau protestierte.Was ist schlimmer,ein saniertes Schloss und ein Neubau im Park oder die weiter verfallende Villa und die schöne grüne Wiese? Mal sehen wie sich die Geschichte entwickelt.

Das Schloss wurde 1858/61 nach Plänen Christian Friedrich Arnolds für den Großkaufmann John Daniel Souchay erbaut. Das im neogotischen Tudorstil errichtete Gebäude wurde deshalb auch als "Villa Souchay" bezeichnet, bevor sich der von einem Flurnamen abgeleitete Name "Schloss Eckberg" durchsetzte. Seit 1985 wird das Schloss als Hotel genutzt (heute auf sehr hohem Niveau),aber sowohl das Restaurant im Schloss als auch der Park sind für Tagesgäste zugänglich. Bei den angegebenen Koordinaten findest du übrigens die von Sascha Schneider erschaffene Plastik "Sonnenanbeter". Wie mir erzählt wurde,ist sie eine von ursprünglich drei Figuren. Wenn du etwas Genaueres über diese Figur oder die anderen weißt,würde ich mich über eine kurze Mail freuen.

Starting piont is castle "Schloss Albrechtsberg". Adolf Lohse errected this castle between 1851 und 1854 in a late classicism style for Prince Albert of Prussia.Nowadays a Youth-Art-School is situated there and the crown hall as well as the salons are used for banquets and ongresses.Here comes the little quest:If you are at the starting coordinates, you will see in front of the castle a lot of columns or pillars, equal in shape (alltogether 229).These Columns are ordered in three rows, which are again grouped. Two rows are beside the staircase in the middle and a row is located between the higher situated fontain and the waterpool.Calculate the values with
X = the number of columns in the smallest group,
Y = the number of columns in the next bigger group and
Z = the number of columns in the biggest group.
Now you can calculate the values vor A,B und C.

There you are standing in front of the castle "Villa Stockmann". This building was built by Adolf Lohse for the chamberlain of the Prince, Baron of Stockhausen, at the same time like Schloss Albrechtsberg(1850-1853).In 1906 Karl August Lingner bought this building. Lingner gave a lot of important impulses to the health care system of this timei,e.g. the City of Dresden owes him the German Hygiene Museum. He invented the mouth wash "ODOL", too.After Lingner's death the villa became property of the City of Dresden according to his Last Will.Like it looks today it only went downhill. In year 2000 raised some hope when Klaus-Tschira-Foundation showed interest to recontruct the castle. On the other hand there was also the errection of a new building included in the park of the castle (see the picture "BioParc Neubau"), but end of February 2002 the project was cancelled, because of the very effectiv protest of a local citizen.What is worse, a recontructed castle and a new building in the park or the more and more decaying villa and a nice green meadow? Let's see how the story will continue.

The castle was errected 1858/61 after plans made by Christian Friedrich Arnolds for den merchant John Daniel Souchay. The building errected in a neogothic Tudor-style was called "Villa Souchay" as well, before the name "Schloss Eckberg", dereived from the field name, became accepted. The castle is used as a hotel since 1985 (today on a very high level), but the restaurant in the castle as well as the park are accessible for day guests.
