Geocache Description:

This is a virtual cache. Park in a small parking lot south of the cache (sounds like Mr. Ed's owner)

THIS IS NOW A VIRTUAL CACHE FOR SOME REASON THE COUNTY IS TEARING OUT THE TREES WHERE THE CACHE WAS. E-mail us on what it says on the stone. While there look around the building and enjoy the view. This used to be a Boathouse and people on boats would come by to go to the ocean. Jacob would have them come through the Boathouse first and try to sell them lots in Wilbur by the Sea. The sunset is great!This building can be rented out for Weddings,Parties or Meetings. Have lunch or dinner at Boondocks Restaurant. Also check out the other 3 caches just south of this one.
