Geocache Description:

Near the VASA Trail. Park at N44 42.663, W085 29.584 (off of Six Mile Road) and walk ahead to left turn at N44 42.561, W085 29.149. Follow trails. Total distance is about 1.2 miles and the cache is roughly 300 feet off the trail. This is a good cache to reach by bike or ski.

Yermamma been Maudlin has instructed Al Quacka entomologists, virologists and molecular biologists to conduct the West Nile Virus Project. Three questions are to be answered:

1. Why is this virus so far from home?--after all, the Nile is at approximately N30, E31.

2. If there is a West Nile Virus, is there also an East Nile Virus?

3. Can Al Quacka bioengineer the West Nile Virus to become a true W.M.D. (Weapon of Michigan Ducks)?

Things go better with Type O

Finders of this cache are to exchange bugs of all varieties--Al Quacka scientists want to look for potentially lethal microbes carried by all species of insects. To avoid scrutiny, the cache will also function as a regular cache with the usual trinkets, etc. There may be alternate routes to get there. Other Al Quacka sites are nearby.
