This one might be a good one to do with a flashlight at night. It IS visable from the right angle and you do not need to pull, move, dig or damage anything to get to it. I have noticed that a lot of the cache sites are taking a toll on the surroundings.
It is in a container about 6"x3" and has black duct tape on it. Has some cool goodies in there and a travel bug. Bring small stuff to trade.
