Rock Bound Maiden Traditional Cache
patw: Cache has, indeed, been plundered. Odd thing is, that it has to be someone with a gps who read the cache description here as the cache was securely hidden and could not have been stumbled upon. This was defintely not an animal rummage as some of the contents were stuffed in a garbage cardboard carton and the remnants replaced and covered as the cache had been. So, we apparently have a vandal in the area who follows the cache descriptions. Sad day!

NOTICE: The coordinates were changed on 6/30/03 due to water problems with the original site. We wanted to keep this stroller friendly and a rash of rain created a moat between the trail and the cache. So we moved it further down the trail to a more accessible spot.
Get the stroller for the baby and wake up the younguns for a nice, gentle ramble along a short, paved trail with no elevation gain. Absolutely no bushwacking. The cache is a shoe box sized Rubber Maid container.
Be aware, however! The mesquitoes are fierce in here. Protect yourself and your loved ones.
